Bomb hoax at Parrys school

CHENNAI,
SEPT. 22.
Tension prevailed at Anderson Rajagopalan Girls Higher Secondary School in Parrys this morning after the school authorities received a phone call stating that a bomb had been planted on the school premises.
On receipt of the call, the school authorities cancelled all examinations and declared a holiday.
However, a thorough search by the police and explosives experts proved the call to be a hoax.
