Six-hour power cut tomorrow

BANGALORE, SEPT. 22. Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) has announced that there will be no power supply on Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the following areas because of maintenance work being taken up during that time: Chikkalsandra, Bank Colony, Gowdanapalya, KSRTC Layout, Kadirenahalli, Kanakanagar, Menazananagar, Bendre Nagar, and Arehalli.

Disconnection drive

BESCOM has taken up a mass disconnection drive in the following areas and has asked all power consumers to clear their dues and avoid disconnection: All blocks of Koramangala, Ejipura, Koramangala Village, Rajendranagara Slum, Laxman Raonagar Slum, Ambedkar Nagar Slum, EWS Quarters, Audugodi, S.T. Bed, Jaibhima Nagar, Tavarekere, Chikka Audugodi, Madivala, Venkateshwara Layout, Bharathi Layout, Suddaguntepalya, and B.T.M. Layout 1st Stage.
