HYDERABAD SEPT. 23. A fruit vendor, A. Mallesh (40), reported missing for the last three days, was found murdered in the bushes at P&T colony of Habsiguda on Thursday. Police say the putrefied condition of the body suggested that he was murdered on the day he went missing. It is suspected the victim was throttled to death. Injuries on the victim's private parts raised suspicions of sexual jealousy being the motive, the Osmania University Inspector, V.N.V. Satyanarayana, said.
Charred body found
The charred body of an unidentified man aged about 40 years, who was apparently murdered before being set afire, was found in fields on the outskirts of Gurramguda village near Nagole under L.B. Nagar police station area on Thursday, the Vanasthalipuram Inspector, D. Sidda Reddy, said.
