Manmohan's address

Sir, — Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's address to the United Nations General Assembly reflected maturity. Instead of just harping on Pakistan's support to cross-border terrorism, he dealt with other pressing issues such as combating AIDS, reforming the U.N., peace and stability in Afghanistan, self-governance in Iraq, and weapons proliferation.
