SIVAKASI, SEPT.24. Top seed Chetan Anand and second seed Arvind Bhat, both from Petroleum Sports Promotion Board justified the seedings as they entered the men's singles final of the State Bank of India All India Senior Ranking prize money badminton tournament conducted by Virduhunagar District Badminton association at A.J.Stadium here on Friday.
