On his own terms

Sir, — The criticism against the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, that he is in the United States "for selling India" sounds baseless. In this era of globalisation, one has to explore the market. The architect of economic reforms in India is the best judge of the terms of trade favourable to India.
