Kit for citizens

Sir, — Subramanian Swamy's article, `Defamation litigation: a survivor's kit' (Sept. 21), is interesting. The author's intention to bring out a manual to expose dishonest politicians without fear of harassment is laudable. This will help citizens come out in the open about the misdeeds of the mighty. And, hopefully, there will be probity in public life.
