Sir, The former Atomic Energy Commission Chairman, Raja Ramanna, who passed away on Friday, was not just a nuclear scientist. A multi-faceted personality, he had a deep passion for music and could converse with ease on Buddhist philosophy.

Sir, No work was, to Ramanna, unimportant or secondary. He even accepted the Chairmanship of the Committee to revamp primary education in Karnataka. His recommendations have been put into operation by the Karnataka Government.
