Hat-trick by Gagan
NEW DELHI,
SEPT. 26.
A hat-trick by Gagan Singh took Air Force Bal Bharati School to a 4-0 victory over Tripura Sports School, Agarthala, in the quarterfinals of the sub-junior section in the Subroto Cup football tournament at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Sunday. Abhishek Tandon scored the other goal.
In another quarterfinal, Bharat Khawas and Ganesh Kahadka scored two goals apiece as Gyanodaya Bal Batika Boarding School, Nepal, beat Bangladesh Krira Shikha Protishtan, Dhaka, 4-1. Bopan Barmon scored the lone goal for the loser.
