KANNUR, SEPT. 26. The District Superintendent of Police (DSP) warned of legal action against owners of stage carriers if their vehicles were found used by party workers to participate in the proposed blockade of the Collectorate by the Left Democratic Front activists here on September 29. A press release from the office of the SP here today said that the police would produce before the Regional Transport Office here evidences, including photographs and video clippings of such stage carriers for initiating action including cancellation of permits.
