BANGALORE, SEPT. 26. Universal Coaching Centre will conduct free coaching classes for IAS and IPS aspirants belonging to SC/OBC and minority communities. The coaching is being sponsored by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and includes a stipend of Rs. 700 a month for outstation candidates and Rs. 225 a month for local candidates.
