BANGALORE, SEPT. 27. Balakrishna Setty of Blue Lines, driving a Mercedes CLX 320, won the foreign open class event in the Base Terminal drag meet held at Jakkur near here on Sunday. Nagaraj Settee, also of Blue Lines, finished second. Asif Ahmed, who topped the Indian open and above 1400 CC class, was adjudged the fastest of the meet. The results (winners only): Four wheelers: Up to 800 CC: Shabir. 800 to 1000 CC: Shabir. 1000 to 1400 CC: Vasu. Above 1400 CC: Asif Ahmed. Indian Open: Asif Ahmed. Foreign Open: Balakrishna Setty. Two wheelers: Up to 160 CC 4-stroke: Mutu Kumar. Up to 110 cc 2-stroke: Ibrahim. Bullet class: Yeshwanth. Up to 350 CC: William Samuel Stephen. Indian Open: Shabeer. Up to 160 cc 2-stroke: Muthu Kumar. 180 to 250 CC: Krishna. Foreign Open: Liyaqat Khan.
