HYDERABAD: R. K. Agarwal, Managing Director of Suryajyothi Spinning Mills, has been elected Chairman of Andhra Pradesh Spinning Mills Association for 2004-06. According to a release issued here, N. Raghava Rao, has been elected Vice-Chairman and G. Punnaiah Chowdary, Deputy Chairman. — Our Special Correspondent
