Pradeep shines
MYSORE,

A five-wicket haul by leg-spinner N. Pradeep (five for 24), helped St. Philomena's FGC beat defending champion Maharaja's College in the Mysore University (Chamundi Zone) inter-collegiate cricket semifinals here on Tuesday.
The scores: (semifinals): Maharaja's College (Mysore) 113 in 24.4 overs (N. Pradeep five for 24) lost to St. Philomena's 114 for two in 25 overs (J. Yeshwanth 52 not out, M.D. Salman 41 not out).
PG Sports Council (Mysore) 178 for nine in 30 overs (Paul Prasanth 59) lost to SBRR Mahajana 181 for one in 28.4 overs (S.S. Yognath 78 not out, Kafeel Ahmed 68 not out).
