PERAMBALUR, SEPT. 28. About 700 cadres of the Paatali Makkal Katchi and members of the Vanniyar Sangam staged agitation at six places the district today, demanding representation for the Vanniyars in the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. The agitation was staged at Perambalur, Veppanthattai, Kunnam, Ariyalur, Jayamkondam and Sendurai.
