TIRUVALLUR, SEPT. 28. Special medical camps in the district identified 1,023 handicapped persons for benefits under various welfare schemes, who received tricycles, wheelchairs and other equipment. Nearly 1,250 persons participated in the camps at Tiruvallur, Avadi and Ponneri, held under the supervision of the Collector, Kumar Jayant.
