VISAKHAPATNAM, SEPT 28. The district administration has made arrangements for home delivery of certificates of residence, income and caste to save the time and effort on the part of applicants , according to the district in-charge of e-Seva, B. Subba Rao. However, candidates who require home delivery of these certificates have to register at the e-Seva centres. The applicants have to submit a self-addressed envelope for delivery of the certificates through courier.
