HYDERABAD, SEPT. 28. The Hyderabad district Collector, Arvind Kumar, has invited applications for National Bravery Awards for Children-2004 to be awarded by the Indian Council for Child Welfare. In a press release issued here, Mr. Kumar said the child should not be below 6 years of age and above 18 years on the date of the incident which should have occurred between July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004. The application forms, available with `D' section of the Collectorate, should be accompanied by First Information Report (FIR) or Police Diary, newspaper/magazine clippings and date of birth certificate, and should be submitted on or before October 3.
