PONDICHERRY, SEPT. 29. The Union Territory administration should set up a separate cell either in the Police or Revenue Departments to receive complaints from those who suffered "losses" due to encroachment or grabbing of immovable property by anti-social elements, A.M. Krishnamoorthy, Bharatiya Janata Party MLA, has demanded. He told The Hindu here on Tuesday that incidents of land grab were on the rise, causing insecurity among property owners, particularly those living abroad. Mr. Krishnamoorthy said the Government should initiate criminal action against land sharks.
