PONDICHERRY, SEPT. 29. The Pondicherry Lt. Governor, M.M. Lakhera, today distributed proficiency prizes to successful candidates in the competitions held by the Department of Hindi in Pondicherry University on the concluding day of the Hindi fortnight celebrations. He highlighted the cultural features and the undercurrent of philosophy of unity in diversity that was binding the people of the country together.
