Poojary's advice to partymen

By Our Staff Correspondent

BIDAR, SEPT. 29. "If we don't win the Bidar Lok Sabha byelection, we may be forced to go in for seat sharing (with other parties) in the elections to the panchayats," the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee President, B. Janardhana Poojary, has said. Addressing party workers at Humnabad on Tuesday, he called upon them to take the elections seriously and ensure the party candidate's victory. He expressed confidence that the party nominee, Narsingrao Suryavanshi, would win the election with a good majority. He advised the party workers to sink their differences and fight unitedly. "My priority is to bring leaders such as Gurupadappa Nagamarapalli, Bheemanna Khandre, and Basavaraj Patil Humnabad on a single platform," he said.
