Nepalese school wins Subroto Cup

NEW DELHI, SEPT. 29. Ram Krishna scored two second-half goals as Gyanodaya Bal Batika from Nepal became the first foreign school to win the Subroto Cup sub-junior tournament at the Ambedkar stadium here on Wednesday.

The boys from Nepal beat the host, Air Force Bal Bharti School, 4-0. The Nepal school rode on to its solid forward-line, which kept attacking the New Delhi post throughout the match. Ranjit Shrestha (27th minute) and Ganesh Kundu (33rd) were the other scorers.
