Nucleus buys stake in GMAC India

CHENNAI, OCT. 1. Nucleus Software Exports has acquired 25.1 per cent of the equity capital of GMAC Financial Services India Ltd (GMAC India), the Indian automotive finance operation of General Motors Acceptance Corporation.
