Helios & Matheson to focus on healthcare

CHENNAI: Helios & Matheson has announced its decision to position itself in the healthcare sector, according to V. Ramachandran, Chairman. This effort will contribute 35 per cent revenue in the current year. To exploit the growth potential, the company has recently acquired Maruthi Consulting of the U.S and Jayamaruthi Software Systems. The shareholders have approved the 1:1 bonus at the recently held annual general meeting. The record date for the bonus issue will be October28.
