THRISSUR, OCT. 2. The Speaker Therambil Ramakrishnan today opened the Niyama Sameeksha Thrissur unit office at the COSTFORD building at Ayyanthole near here. The Niyama Sameeksha Chairman, Justice K Sukumaran, in his presidential address said the Government has given sanction to the project jointly organised by the NoRKA and the Sameeksha to give legal aid to the Non-Resident Keralites.
