PARLI-VAIJNATH (MAHARASHTRA), OCT. 2. The Nationalist Congress Party chief, Sharad Pawar, today said the party had learnt a lesson that it cannot run without the support of its ruling partner, the Congress. ``The party had learnt a lesson that the `clock' (NCP's symbol) cannot run without the `hand' (Congress' symbol). The `hand' has also realised that `clock' is also useful and necessary for time management,'' he said at a meeting in the Renapur Assembly constituency. PTI
