PNB Academy wins final
NEW DELHI,
OCT. 3.
Punjab National Bank Academy beat Richie XI 4-0 in the final of the ONGC Delhi State club hockey league at the Shivaji Stadium here on Sunday.
Amit (2), Kulwinder and D. Chand scored for the Academy team that led 1-0 at halftime.
Former National coach, Rajinder Singh, gave away the prizes.
In the Delhi State schools league final, Nihal Singh Public School, Nangloi, beat Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya 1-0. Amit scored the match-winner.
