Letters to the Editor
Sir, The U.S. presidential election throws up intriguing questions. Since Iraq is already deep in chaos, one would expect that a new leadership will prevent more chaos. But the Bush camp argues that a change at this stage may bring in more chaos. So all that a U.S. President needs to do in future is create chaos after the third year in office and ask for a second term. An astounding theory indeed!
