What an alternative!

Sir, — That Hollywood actress Janet Leigh (who died on Monday) became famous as the shower victim of the Alfred Hitchcock thriller, `Psycho,' is well known. A fan wrote to Hitchcock saying his wife was too terrified to step into the shower since she saw the movie and asked him to suggest a remedy. The director is reported to have replied: "Have you considered sending her to the dry cleaners?"
