Hearing in Dalmiya case on October 30

BHOPAL, OCT. 5. A local court will conduct the next hearing on October 30 on a petition alleging that the Bench's directives were disregarded while electing Jagmohan Dalmiya as Patron-in-Chief of the Board of Control for Cricket in India on September 12.

Counsel for the defence failed to appear today before the Civil Judge (Second Class), P.K. Nigam.
