Assumption College triumphs

PATHANAPURAM, OCT. 4. Assumption College, Changanassery won the title in the Mar Ephrem trophy all-Kerala inter-collegiate women's volleyball tournament which concluded at the St. Stephen's College, Pathanapuram here on Tuesday.

Assumption College overcame archrival Alphonsa College, Pala, 23-25, 25-14, 25-14, 25-15. In the semifinals, Assumption College defeatd Brennen College, Thalassery, while Alphonsa College prevailed over NSS College, Karamana.
