Mysore wins overall title

MYSORE, OCT. 5 Mysore Division with 162 points won the team championship title on the concluding day of the two-day Dasara Divisional-level sports meet held at the Chamundivihar stadium here on Tuesday.

In the athletics event M.D. Manjunath of Hassan District won the individual championship title with 11 points while Bhavya Urs of Kodagu with 15 points clinched the title in the women's section.

Dakshina Kannada with 55 points won the team championship title in the men's section while Kodagu with 53 points won the title with 53 points in the women's section.
