MARGAO, OCT. 6. West Bengal and Mizoram scored their second successive wins to advance into the semifinals from group B in the 27th sub-junior (under-16) National football championship, here today. West Bengal trounced Madhya Pradesh 11-0 with goals from Sundip Banik (4), Charanjit Ghosh (2), Sukumar Roy, M.S. Milla, B.G. Thakuria, H.A. Mandal and S. Kumar Roy. In the second match, substitute Lalbiaknunga's late goal helped Mizoram overcome a fighting Tripura 4-3. Kima Lalrinkima (2) and Malsa Wmtlunaga were the other scorers for Mizoram, while Binode Kishore and Ratan Kishore found the net for Tripura and Mizoram defender Lallanmzuala scored an own goal. PTI
