Mico begins well

BANGALORE, OCT 6. Host Mico, Bangalore made a bright start in the State-level invitation (floodlit) kabaddi tournament at the Mico courts with a 56-28 win over Kennedy SC, here. Saravanan and Mohammed Peer played an outstanding role for the winner which led 23-16 at the halfway stage.

SAI downed HMT 26-20 in the only match that was closely fought on the opening day.
