HYDERABAD, OCT. 8. Former All England champion, Pullela Gopi Chand, will take part in the Asian Satellite badminton championship to be held at the Kotla Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy Indoor Stadium from October 24. Speaking to The Hindu on his return from Singapore, where he held talks with Yonex officials in connection with setting up the prestigious Yonex International Badminton Academy. The 30-year-old shuttler was feeling much better after quite a while. "My fitness schedule with Dinaaj's Fitness Centre in the City is working out well. Luckily, I am also feeling more comfortable with the injured knee and definitely moving around with greater speed and agility," he said. Our Sports Reporter
