VISAKHAPATNAM, OCT. 8. The incident of the People's War naxalites detaining the Sub-Collector of Paderu, Sudarshan Reddy, in the agency area late on Thursday night, could not be considered as a serious one, said the Minister for R & B, Jakkampudi Rammohan Rao, here on Friday. Talking to reporters, the Minister said the PW leaders involved in the incident could be of local level and hence much should not be read into the incident even as the Government-PW and Janashakti talks were round the corner. When a few reporters approached Mr. Sudharshan Reddy at the end of the District Review Committee meeting in the afternoon, he refused to elaborate on the incident.

They had gone round the village by raising slogans against arrack.
