BANGALORE, OCT. 9. The second floor of a structure allegedly built in violation of building bylaws on a 30X40 ft. site on CMH Road, near Adarsha cinema in Lakshmipuram (Ward 82) was demolished on Saturday in an operation by the engineering staff of East Zone of the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike. The owners of the building had obtained sanction for ground floor and first floor while the second floor was built unauthorisedly and lent for commercial activities, BMP authorities said.
