BIDAR, OCT. 10. "The Government will find a solution to the problem surrounding the setting up of a High Court Bench in the northern part of the State," the Chief Minister, N. Dharam Singh, said here on Saturday. Speaking at a meeting of the Bidar Bar Association, Mr. Singh said that he was confident that the Government would refer the Jaswanth Singh report and consult experts to find a solution to the controversy. Mr. Singh promised to "do everything in his power to solve the problems of the Hyderabad Karnataka region." The Minister for water Resources, Mallikarjun Kharge, urged lawyers to strengthen the Government by supporting the Congress candidate, Narsingrao Suryavamshi, in the Bidar byelection. The secretary of the All India Congress Committee, Mirza Irshad Baig, and the former MLA, Mohammad Laiquddin, were present.
