KOCHI, OCT. 10. The State should formulate a policy on transfers of employees, said the Fisheries and Sports Minister, Dominic Presentation, here on Sunday. He said if there was a policy for transfers of Government employees, corruption could be curtailed to a great extent. The Minister was speaking at a special convention of the Ernakulam district unit of Kerala Panchayat Employees' Organisation. The District Congress Committee president, K.P. Dhanapalan, Luidi Luis, MLA, and the district panchayat president, K.B. Mohammedkutty, were among those who spoke at the special convention.
