Two found murdered

By Our Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD, OCT. 10. Two persons were allegedly murdered in the city in the last two days.

In the first case, C. Aethaiah (45) of P&T Colony, Saroornagar, was found murdered at Ramana Sri Apartments at Dilsukhnagar in the small hours of Sunday.

The police said that Aethaiah, a rickshaw puller by profession, left home on Saturday night and did not return. It is learnt that the victim was reportedly having an illicit relationship with the wife of Ramchander, a watchman of Ramana Sri Apartments.

The police said that the victim went to meet Ramchander last night and both consumed alcohol. The police suspect that they entered into a heated argument after which Ramchander might have attacked him with a blunt object, killing him instantly. The Malakpet police registered a case and are on the lookout for Ramchander.

In the second case, Shaik Raheem (22), was allegedly done to death by his elder brother, Shaik Kareem, at their house in Mehboob Colony in Karwan on Saturday night.

It is learnt that Raheem used to allegedly harass his family members and pick up a fight over petty matters. Following this, Kareem smashed his brother's head with a boulder resulting in his death. The Tappachabutra police reportedly arrested Kareem.
