To merge with Congress

CHANDIGARH, OCT. 10. The Bansi Lal-led Haryana Vikas Party (HVP) has decided to merge with the Congress. "All formalities for HVP's merger with the Congress have been completed," Mr. Lal's daughter-in-law, Kiran Chaudhary, said.
