SHIMLA, OCT. 12. The stage is set for the Guler Assembly by-election in Himachal Pradesh tomorrow. According to the Chief Electoral Officer, Manisha Nanda, 15 polling stations have been declared as hypersensitive, 12 sensitive and 40 others are declared ordinary. Neeraj Bharti of Congress, Squadron Leader Lakshman Singh (Retd.) of Himachal Vikas Congress, Brahmi Devi of Bahujan Samaj Party, Harbans Singh Rana of BJP, Bhanu Prakash Chaudhary and Subhash Chand independents are in the fray. Ms. Nanda said 86 Electronic Voting Machines have been kept ready by the Returning Officer of Jawali. In six far-flung polling stations one extra reserve EVM has been supplied. More than 308 polling personnel and 220 Police and Home Guard personnel have been put on election duty, she said.
