Exporters and importers association formed
COIMBATORE: A group of entrepreneurs involved in manufacturing, exporting and importing various products in the district have formed the Coimbatore District Exporters and Importers Association. Its main objective is to jointly take up steps to meet the challenges of the open market economy from January 2005 and to promote exports from the district. As many as 185 entrepreneurs have joined the association so far.
