Metlife Insurance wins TCS Cup

HYDERABAD, OCT. 12. Metlife Insurance won the TCS Cup volleyball tournament for Corporate groups, defeating Pinexe-A 25-20, 25-23, 21-25, 25-19 in the final here.

Devraj of Metlife was named `best all-rounder,' Gopal of Knoah `best booster,' Shiva of Pinexe-A `best striker' and Srinivas of TCS player of the tournament.

The results: Final: Metlife Insurance bt Pinexe-A 25-20, 25-23, 21-25, 25-19. (Semifinals): Pinexe-A bt Mentor Graphics 25-14, 26-28, 15-6; Metlife Insurance bt Knoah 25-17, 25-21. (Quarterfinals): Pinexe-A bt TCS 25-22, 25-22; Mentor Graphics 25-23, 21-25, 15-10; Knoah bt SSA Global 25-20, 25-18; Metlife Insurance bt De-Shaw 25-15, 25-20.
