GE Shipping sells offshore supply vessels

MUMBAI: GE Shipping has sold two of its offshore supply vessels (OSV) — Malaviya Eleven and Malaviya Fourteen — in an attempt to rejuvenate its offshore fleet profile. Both vessels were built by the Singapore-based Greenbay Marine Pte Ltd in 1989, GE Shipping said in a release here. The company now has 30 vessels under its offshore division fleet, while its total fleet size stands at 70 vessels, it said. GE Shipping has 13 new building vessels on order, it added.
