Directive on wage board
NEW DELHI,
OCT. 13.
The Union Labour Minister, Sis Ram Ola, has directed the Ministry officials to prepare a note on constitution of a wage board for journalists and non-journalists for the Cabinet's consideration.
Mr. Ola said this to a delegation of leaders of unions of news agencies and newspapers.
The Minister said he concurred with the demands for a revision in the wages.
