Halcyon Castle council impleads itself in case

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM,
OCT. 13
. The Halcyon Castle Protection Council has impleaded itself in the case relating to the takeover of the castle that is before the High Court.
The council has impleaded itself in the case pending before the single Bench headed by Justice K. Balakrishnan, and in the appeal pending before the Division Bench comprising Justice K. S. Radhakrishnan and Justice A. Thankappan. The court considered the petitions filed by the patrons of the council, M. Vijayakumar, Ramachandran Nair, A. Neelalohithadas, the council chairman, Gangadharan Nadar, and the convener, Thiruvallom Sivarajan, and has asked Gulfar to file a counter-adffidavit within one week.
