Mizoram keeps title

MARGAO, OCT. 13. A brace by Malsawmtluanga helped Mizoram retain the title defeating Bengal 2-1 in the final of the 27th sub-junior under-16 National football championship here on Tuesday.

After Bengal's Ayub Hossain Mondal equalised Malsawmtluanga's 60th-minute strike, the speedy Mizoram forward, scored again in the last minute to help his team retain the title for the second consecutive year. — PTI
