Letters to the Editor
Sir, The surfacing of the People's War State secretary, Ramakrishna, after more than a decade is proof that the atmosphere is congenial for a dialogue. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, deserves appreciation. Both sides must demonstrate their sincerity to work for peace.
P.L. Ramana,
M.A. Hakeem,
M. Uma Mahesh,
The talks between PW and the Andhra Pradesh Government do give room for optimism.
