Right atmosphere

Sir, — The surfacing of the People's War State secretary, Ramakrishna, after more than a decade is proof that the atmosphere is congenial for a dialogue.

The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, deserves appreciation. Both sides must demonstrate their sincerity to work for peace.
