Bose unveils intelligent music system

NEW DELHI, OCT. 14. Bose Corporation today unveiled an intelligent audio home theatre system that can store and catalogue an entire CD collection and even intuitively judge the kind of music a user prefers to listen.

"An average consumer usually has about 100 CDs. And more they have, the harder it is to organise them. Often people end up listening to a fraction of their collection due to this," Bose Product Manager, Joe Fadous, said. Targeted at high-end customers, the Lifestyle 38 (Priced at Rs. 1.99 lakhs) and 48 Home Theatre Playback systems (Rs. 2.29 lakhs) can play all popular CD formats, offer five-channel surround sound from any source including older mono TVs and even receive AM/FM radio.
